Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Air Fuse platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including organization administrators, training officers, quality assurance personnel, and trainees.

Air Fuse provides a cloud-based aviation training operations platform designed to help aviation organizations manage training records, quality assurance workflows, competency assessments, and regulatory compliance documentation. The platform is provided on a subscription basis under a custom licensing agreement. Features and access levels are defined in your organization's licensing agreement.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring that all users in your organization comply with these terms • Providing accurate and complete information when registering • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their account.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Upload false, inaccurate, or misleading training records or compliance documentation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform • Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Air Fuse platform, including training records, assessment data, and compliance documentation. Air Fuse does not claim ownership of your data. Upon termination of your subscription, you may export your data in standard formats. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

The Air Fuse platform, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by Air Fuse and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with your licensing agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without our express written permission.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Fuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
